COMPANY
The company produces the following types of wines in the traditional Georgian and classical manner:
• Red Wines - Saperavi - Dry; Kindzmarauli - Semi sweet; Alazani Valley - red semi-sweet.
• White Wines - Rkatsiteli - Dry.
• The company also produces grape vodka.

The percentage distribution of grape varieties used by the company in the production process is as follows:
• 60% - Saperavi
• 40% - Rkatsiteli


There is 4 types of wines produced by the company with the following range:
• Saperavi - red, dry wine, bottled in a green coloured bottle, 750 ml bottle of glass, shape of bottle – "Conica" strength within-12%. The cap will be "Extra" grade, size 38x24 mm and with the company's logo, the top of the bottle will have a PVC capsule bearing the company's logo and trademark. The label will be properly designed, where the information specified by the law will be included, including the lot number, bar code and date of bottling;

• Kindzmarauli - semi-sweet - red wine, bottled in a 750 ml "Conica"-shaped bottle of green glass. Strength within 11.5%. The cap will be "Super" grade, size 38x24mm and with the company's logo, the top of the bottle will have a PVC capsule bearing the company's logo and trademark. The label will be properly designed, where the information specified by the law will be included, including the lot number, bar code and date of bottling;

• Rkatsiteli - dry white wine, bottled in a 750 ml "Burgundy"-shaped bottle of green glass. Strength within 12%. The cap will be "Super" class, size 38x24mm and with the company's logo, the top of the bottle will have a PVC capsule bearing the company's logo and trademark. The label will be properly designed, where the information specified by the law will be included, including the lot number, bar code and date of bottling;

• Alazani Valley - semi-sweet red wine, bottled in a 750 ml "Conica"-shaped bottle of green glass. Strength within 12.5-13%. The cap will be "Super" grade, size 38x24mm and with the company's logo, the top of the bottle will have a PVC capsule bearing the company's logo and trademark. The label will be properly designed, where the information specified by the law will be included, including the lot number, bar code and date of bottling.

The main raw materials in the production cycle are grapes, as well as the technological materials needed for alcoholic fermentation, wine processing and preparation for bottling, specifically: pure yeast culture, vitamins for alcoholic fermentation, tannins, bentonite clays, etc. which ensures sustainability and high quality of wines.
Technological ingredients: pure yeast culture, alcoholic fermentation vitamins, tannins, bentonite clays, etc. It is stored in a warehouse with a temperature of 12-15 degrees and a humidity of 75-80%, so as not to spoil its quality.
The local varieties used in the winemaking process must meet the following conditions in order to ensure the high quality of the wines.

• Saperavi dry: used grape variety: Saperavi, dry red wine, sugar content should be within 22-25%, and titric acidity within 7-12 g/dm3; The yield of wine from 1 ton of grapes is 750 liters;
• Kindzmarauli semi-sweet: used grape variety: Saperavi, semi-sweet red wine, sugar content should be within 22-25%, and titre acidity within 7-12 g/dm3; The yield of wine from 1 ton of grapes is 750 liters;
• Rkatsiteli: white dry, sugar content should be within 21-23%, and titre acidity within 7-11 g/dm3. The yield of wine from 1 ton of grapes is 750 liters.
